I have 38 years combined professional law enforcement and security management experience. I am currently a Police Officer (Reserve) with Carver College Police Department. I have also served as a Lieutenant with the Morehouse College Police Department, Sergeant with the Dekalb County Sheriff’s Office and Assistant Director of Protection Services at the Woodruff Arts Center. I am confident that I have the skills and insight to implement and manage programs and policies. This will best serve the staff and inmates needs of the correctional facility and demonstrate to the citizens of Cobb County that their tax dollars are utilized in the most honest and efficient manner.

Most importantly, I will work to develop programs utilizing existing community resources that include technical colleges, volunteer groups, religious organizations, and other community groups. The public cannot continue to construct more jails to house the ever-increasing inmate population. Therefore, prevention must be a major part of the solution to the problem.

Aside from my political aspiration, I am a husband, father and grandfather. I have three children who graduated from the Cobb County Public School System.  My family has resided in Cobb County for 33 years. We are members of Greater Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church where I serve as a Church Deacon.

Together we can make a difference in our county during this 2020 election year. I would appreciate your financial support and voting for me as your next Sheriff.
